Commercial & industrial

Built around your inspection

For a business the pest is half the risk. The other half is standing in front of an inspector with nothing to show. Every visit here produces the record they ask for.

The programme

Monitoring, more than spraying

Commercial work earns its money by catching activity while it is still low. That needs numbered stations put where the pressure actually is, checked on an interval you can audit.

Which means a trend shows up in your file before a customer spots it on your floor.

  • Numbered, mapped bait station and monitor placements
  • Activity graded per station, per visit
  • Pesticide record with product, concentration and PCP number
  • Written notes on sanitation, entry points, door strips, bin handling
  • Service outside trading hours as standard
  • Signed reports retained for inspections and audits
  • Emergency response for an active order or a failed inspection

Intervals

One-time · Weekly · Bi-weekly · Monthly · Quarterly · Yearly. Set by sector and measured risk, then reviewed once there is real activity data rather than fixed on day one.

The record

What an inspector asks you for.

One of these per visit, signed, retained for your file. Product, concentration and PCP number against every application, which is what BC's Integrated Pest Management rules require and what a health authority or a third-party auditor opens first.

Proof

Somebody like you already runs this programme

The residential side of this business has 148 written reviews behind it. Commercial work runs on the same licence, the same two certified applicators and the same signed record after every visit, and the paperwork is the part a health inspector actually asks to see. Licence and certificates go to your procurement team on request.

  • Numbered, mapped stations with per-visit activity logged
  • Pesticide records with product, concentration and PCP number
  • Licence and applicator certificates sent to your procurement team on request
  • Service outside your trading hours as standard
17 Municipalities covered, so a portfolio in four of them is still one contractor and one set of records.

Sectors

Who we service

The pest is rarely the hard part. Fitting the work around a live kitchen, a loading dock or a strata council is the job.

Restaurants and cafés

Kitchen, dry store, bar, patio. Cockroaches in equipment cavities, drain and fruit flies, rats off the lane and the grease bin. Paperwork ready for your health inspection.

Food processing and warehousing

Numbered station maps, per-visit activity logs, pesticide records that survive a third-party audit.

Retail and grocery

Stored-product pests in bulk goods, rodents on the dock, treatment scheduled outside trading hours.

Offices and institutional

Ants, mice, wasps at the entrance, cluster flies in the voids. Handled without shutting the floor.

Stratas and multi-unit

Cockroach and bed bug work booked across adjoining and stacked suites, with per-unit reporting for the council.

Industrial and agricultural

Barns, greenhouses, feed storage, yards. Constant rodent pressure, bird exclusion, stored-grain pests.

Questions

Asked by operators

Can you work outside our hours?

Standard, not an extra. Restaurants, retail and food processing get serviced before opening or after close and we schedule it that way from the start.

What paperwork do we get?

A report every visit. Areas inspected, how, activity graded none through high, product used with concentration and PCP number, recommendations, follow-up date. That is the record an inspector or auditor asks to see.

Do you do mapped station programmes?

For any food-handling or warehousing site, yes. Numbered, mapped, checked on a fixed schedule, with per-station activity logged so you can see a trend forming instead of hearing an anecdote.

How often should we be serviced?

Depends on your sector and your measured pressure. Food handling usually lands monthly or bi-weekly. Offices and retail are often quarterly. We run one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and we will recommend the interval that matches your risk instead of the one that bills best.

We failed an inspection and need someone today.

Call (604) 862-1414. We run 24/7 emergency response and a site with an active order against it goes to the front.

Can you send licence and insurance documents?

Yes. We hold a BC pest control operator licence and provincially certified applicators, and we will send the certificates through. Tell us what your procurement team or property manager needs on file and it goes over the same day.

Book a site walkthrough

We walk the site and find where the pressure is coming in. What you get back is a programme quoted at the interval your sector is audited on.
