Asad and company got back to me quickly with a hole in my attic caused by a racoon. He went into the attic to check if the racoon was still there and then covered the hole with wire mesh so it wouldnt come back and then onto the roof to fix the hole/tile that the racoon had caused. Exceptional service provided by Newton Pest Control. I discovered a wasp nest in and around our hydro meter and electrical panel. The wasps had entered the house. It was 5pm on a Sunday. I called three other pest control companies who claimed to provide 24/7 service. None of them would respond until the next morning. I got through to Newton Pest Control immediately. Upon explaining the situation they told me they would come immediately. They were here in less than 25 minutes and took care of the wasp nest right away. They guarantee their work for 30 days. The nest was in a gap in the siding,beside a window (house is over 100 years old). They were very professional and conscious of safety. They had a quick look inside my home to be sure no fumes could get inside the house

The job was done in 15 minutes and they explained I might see a few wasps over the next few days but they should be gone shortly after that. Shahzad said if any wasps are around a few weeks from now, I should call and they will do a repeat treatment at no charge. He said 90% require only one treatment.

Phoned and spoke to Shahzad. Told him of the wasp infestation that was inside my shed. He asked for details concerning the infestation before even outlining the services that his company would provide.We agreed upon a treatment protocol, and a time when he would come over to our house.We also agreed upon a price. Everything was at a total professional level. He even explained that it was best to treat wasp infestations early in the morning, or late in the evening, when the wasps are in the nest. So he came by in the evening, and all his equipment that he used LOOKED AS IF IT WAS WELL CARED FOR. This impressed me, because if he could take care of his tools, then that attitude would probably extend to his work ethic. AND IT DOES. No mess was left behind, and I was told of how to check for wasps in the days following the treatment. I was also told that they would return within 30 days if the infestation persisted, and apply another treatment at no cost to me. I would use Newton Pest Control in the future. It was a positive, professional experience that produced the desired results. A+ 👏

Very impressed with Shahzad and his team from Newton Pest Control. They were very courteous and proffesional. I called them in the morning on a Saturday and they were here by the afternoon. They were able to deal with the wasps nest I had in my walkway which was located in a tricky location underneath the siding at the very bottom of the garage wall and explaining the complete process prior to applying the treatment. Achmed and Asad did a great job ridding me of the pests that had found a way into my house. In addition to setting the traps and blocking the entrances, they repaired the dryer hose the rats had eaten through and replaced the old dryer vent cover with one that had a grate cover so they couldn't get back in. They also plugged a couple of exterior holes in the house to ensure they didn't become a bigger problem in the future. They were very nice, polite, thorough and professional, and I found their pricing standard and in line with other places I'd received quotes from. They also said they'd come back if I see my unwanted visitors again. Big thank you!

We called Newton exterminating due to a wasp infestation in our walls. They were going through our siding and had formed a nest in the walls. We called Saturday morning and within a few hours they were at our house to help deal with the issue. We dealt with Shahzad and another man (we unfortunately did not catch his name) but both gentlemen were kind, understanding and professional. Most companies said they couldn’t come out for a week or longer. They offered us a great price, and reassurance that the issue would be dealt with and that if it wasn’t they would return to deal with it immediately. 100% would recommend this company, and will be keeping their business card for any future issues.

We had mice infestation in our entire house. We purchased the 3 visit package and in the first visit all mice disappeared. Asad uses advanced techniques as well as his knowledge to solve the problem.

Later, we ran into another problem with yellow jacket nest in our backyard and Asad immediately came and solved the problem for us.
