Common questions
How much will it cost?
It depends on the pest, the size of the place and how far along it is. You get a fixed written price before anyone opens a product, and we will not quote a number on the phone that grows once we are standing in your kitchen.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We hold a BC pest control operator licence and our applicators hold provincial Pesticide Applicator Certificates. Ask and we will send you the documents. Every application also goes on your report with the product, the concentration and the PCP number, which is what BC's Integrated Pest Management rules require of a licensed operator.
Is it safe around my kids and my dog?
Tell us who is home and we plan around them. Bait goes into locked stations a child or a dog cannot open. Interior work goes into cracks and voids instead of open spray, and you get a re-entry time before we leave. Where a product is wrong for your house we trap and seal instead.
How fast can you get here?
Quotes get answered the same day, and you can text instead of calling. We run 24/7 emergency response for wasp nests, rodents in a living space, and anything threatening a food business.
Do I need to leave the house?
Usually not. Rodent and exterior work happens around you. Cockroach, bed bug and flea treatments need the space empty for a few hours, and we tell you that when we quote rather than on the day.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
The pest we treated, in the areas written on your quote, for 3 months. It comes back, we come back, no charge. The scope is written down, so there is no argument about it later.
